Multiple issues identified. Please use the log verification tool and rectify all the issues and submit logs again.

Order_id: The Order_id should be the same as the one sent in the confirm call.

/confirm

order/@ondc~1org~1linked_order must NOT have additional properties (created_at, updated_at, tags)
do not use dummy values (XXXXX), PCC code in fulflillments/start/instructions

TAT breach

cancel API is missing, as for TAT breach LBNP may cancel the order

Note: Implement deferred RTS (Ready to ship) in any of the flows (/update and /on_update calls to implmeneted and provided), tracking is mandatory for hyperlocal (provide /track and /on_track calls as well)
