Common Issues

/on_search

• /message/catalog/bpp/providers/0/locations/0/address must have required property 'locality'
• Either one of fixed (range) or split (frequency and times) timings should be provided in /bpp/providers[0]/locations[0]/time
• inaccurate geocoding of store location (gps and address mismatch)
• radius value mismatches in old serviceability and new serviceability construct
• category_id and statutory reqs mapping should be correct as per the enhanced subcategory list
• "@ondc/org/mandatory_reqs_veggies_fruits" is required only in case of "Fruits and Vegetables" categories

/on_select

• fulfillment_id is same as provider.id; What happens in case of multiple fulfillments?
• Invalid keys: "@ondc/org/seller_pickup_return", "@ondc/org/available_on_cod" in /items

/on_init

• item/quantity is not required in /quote/breakup
• provider/locations, provider_location/gps is invalid key

/on_confirm

• estimated pickup and delivery timestamps should be realistic (usally align with time_to_ship and delivery TAT)
• fufillments/end/instructions/long_desc is invalid (should be delivery instruction DCC)

/on_update (Delivered)

• second /update call for refund calculation by buyer should be shared to verify the refund settlement

/on_select (Non-serviceable)

• delivery charges should not be present when location is not serviceable

• fulfillment_id is same as provider.id; What happens in case of multiple fulfillments?
• available/maximum count of items in /on_search are not in sync with count in quote/breakup
• prices of items in quote/breakup should be tax inclusive for grocery categories
• Why is it taking 2 days for hyperlocal delivery?

/on_status

• valid url for invoice must be provided when state is Order-picked-up and thereafter

/on_update (Approved)

• values in fulfillments/start for ReverseQC are invalid

/on_update (Return_Picked)

• returned item must be present in quote/breakup with count and total price=0

/on_update (Return_Delivered)

• Inaccurate calculation of refund amount by buyer app; How is this handled?

Flow 3

• interim state /on_update (Return_Initiated) should be used to acknowledge and process the return request
