Krsigramaa RSF - compliance check #1326

on_receiver_recon: context.timestamp cannot be similar as of reciver_recon.

Correction Flow: counterparty_recon_status is having value , value needs to be 03

@RupalSingla, Here is the krsigramaa-compliance-check-fix PR https://github.com/ONDC-Official/v1.2.0-logs/pull/366

We have counterparty_recon_status value as 03 for 1 out of 5 orders in Normal Flow of Flow 2 and in Correction Flow we have counterparty_recon_status value as 01 since the total amount has been paid to the fullest. Could you confirm if we need to have counterparty_recon_status as 03 in Correction Flow as well
