[bug] Draft Research Articles are not findable (No "My Drafts" button and not visible in the list #3713

steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to production pp.
  2. Create enough to save a Research Article as a draft.
  3. Save it as a draft.
  4. Save the URL somewhere for save keeping.
  5. Try to find it via Drafts button or list, you can't.

possible solutions: draft button works or shown in the list
