[bug] CONTRIBUTING.md link to 'Emulator based backend' results in 404 #3821

Describe the bug When looking into then CONTRIBUTING.md 'Emulator based backend' section there is a link to the details of the setup. Clicking the link will lead to the following page which diplays a 404: https://docs.platform.onearmy.earth/Backend%20Development/firebase-emulator/

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to CONTRIBUTING.md 'Emulator based backend'
  2. Click on 'here'
  3. See error

Expected behaviour The link should lead to the correct URL / the URL should display the correct documentation.
