Follows config file of the precious plastic academy site - https://github.com/ONEARMY/academy/blob/master/website/siteConfig.js

Docusaurus is not our specialty so not sure if this is the only thing that is required to enable editing

@davehakkens anything else required for this pull request to be merged from our side?

@chrismclarke perhaps you could advise if this is sufficient to get editing visible on this academy page?

Happy to add more commits if required & given guidance

It was missing some styling to display properly. Added that now. thanks!

Looks good to me, yeah it's a bit mysterious how docusaurus magically adds the link (and I can only ever see it on desktop, not mobile).
