chore: remove node_modules to align with .gitignore #22

The .gitignore file at the base of the project suggests that **/node_modules should be ignored, but the node_modules files within /website are being persisted to the repo.

Please feel free to close this PR if this is a deliberate decision.

No idea what's going on. I think at the time it was a bugfix to deploy it live: Add node_modules to .gitnore It worked. so no questions asked. hehe.
