feat: adds license to site footer #23

Adds a link through to the content license. Closes #13

New footer including License link, on mobile

yeh not sure if this is an issue... Why would we add this?

@davehakkens as mentioned in the issue (https://github.com/ONEARMY/fixing-fashion-academy/issues/13) it encourages contributors, translators, derivative works etc but also is a good sign that a project is not "Green washing" by having a hidden license to their content but actively promotes it on every page in their footer

Examples of this can be seen by big open source projects at the bottom of their page

Thanks for showing. However we don't really need this now because we lack people merging the contributions. As you might have noticed ;) Maybe in the future!
