Create scripts and indicators for total health spending for

[x] local currency units
[x] share of gdp
[x] usd current prices
[x] usd constant prices
[x] usd constant prices per capita

All should be "units" (instead of millions, etc.)

Local currency units as provided by the source
share of gdp using the IMF WEO, latest version
current prices using latest exchange rate data from the World Bank WDI
constant prices using GDP deflator data from the IMF WEO, together with World Bank WDI gdp
constant prices per capita, as above, using UN population data (latest, median variant)
