The classes should handle the steps in the analysis.

Indicator should be able to normalise the data.
Dimension should be able to normalise the data (relying in lower class functionality)
Dimension should be able to impute missing data (at dimension level)
Index should be able to normalise the data (relying on methods found in lower classes)
Index should be able to impute missing data (at index or dimension level)

A basic 'indexing' method with arithmetic means (equal weights) should be added as part of this issue.
