[X] I have used the search tool and did not find an issue describing my idea.
Your idea.
As a writer, a feature I use all the time to organize ideas and scenes in LibreOffice and in MS Office (when I'm forced to use it...) is to move objects that are in a list.
In Libreoffice Writer, when you place your cursor on a list, a menu appears at the bottom of the screen that allows you to move the objects up and down.
In Microsoft Word, there are keyboard shortcuts to do this. Alt+Shift+Up arrow or Alt+Shift+Down arrow to move a paragraph up or down.
I find it a valuable feature for advanced users. Perhaps it could be implemented through a floating menu or a pop-up (something that would beat MS Word) or at least through some keyboard shortcuts that are not so cumbersome.
This function could also be implemented to tables and other items if you deem it appropriate.
This issue is unique.
