This issue is unique.

[X] I have used the search tool and did not find an issue describing my idea.

Your idea.

I am german but want to use the english UI of OnlyOffice but forces me to change the Language of the word highlighting every damn time when opening a new document.

Please just add a feature to set it to a default language on the settings page
