Invalid character in spreadsheet #1343

This issue is unique.

Operating System

Linux (DEB package)

Version information

7.4.1.36

Expected Behavior

Source CSV contains the character ❌ (U+274C) in some cells. This character should be correctly rendered inside each corresponding cell.

Actual Behavior

The cell do not render the character ❌ (U+274C), instead there is a square containing a question mark! Curiously, the input box that is used to edit the cell content renders the character properly, see below:

Load the following CSV in a Desktop Only Office instance:
