always create "$HOME/Downloads" directory in manjaro linux

Expected Behavior

when i open it, i wish do not create Downloads directory.

Actual Behavior

image above is before i run it. when i open it, it will create Downloads directory automaticlly this is after i run it.

Reproduction Steps

just open it.

my os is neither debian nor redhat, my os is manjaro, which based on arch linux.
