Scrolling speed is too fast in excel #1385

This issue is unique.

Operating System

Linux (DEB package)

Version information

7.4.1.36 (deb)

Expected Behavior

I can scroll through rows in the excel row by row.

Actual Behavior

OnlyOffice scrolls very fast.

Additional information

It is a lot worse on personal.onlyoffice.com and when it is horizontal scroll. This only happens on the OnlyOffice website or application. This is happening even though I set my scrolling speed below a reasonable speed in the system settings (Archlinux/KDE) and I am moving my fingers very slowly on the touchpad.

I think it is not related. I am OK not having smooth scrolling but having very fast scrolling makes the interface very hard to use. Can you see the video I added?

Hi @Mr-Blue-Sky-Candy, the problem is that the scrolling speed in the application does not correspond to the system settings - do I understand correctly?

Kind of but not necessarily. Even if scrolling speed didn't obey the system settings, if it scrolls at reasonable speed then there is no problem. The problem is that the scrolling speed in OnlyOffice is so fast even when the system settings for scroll speed is lowest.

In that case, it's definitely a duplicate https://github.com/ONLYOFFICE/DocumentServer/issues/736, as long as this problem remains, it does not make sense to consider others.
