printing color text bw does not work #1539

This issue is unique.

Windows 10 / 8.1 / 7

Version information

8.0.0.99

Expected Behavior

Tested a sentence with color text. In print settings choose black and white. The printer prints in black and white the text.

Actual Behavior

Tested a sentence with color text. In print settings choose black and white. The printer prints in color. Tested with wordpad, wps office the printer prints in black and white.

Tested a sentence with color text. In print settings choose black and white. The printer prints in color.

Additional information

In printer driver found settings under "publishing" to set text and graphics to print in black and white - anyoffice works as expected. Wordpad, wps office does not need additional settings. We have a lot of pcs with anyoffice so reconfiguring the printer driver is too much. It would be nice that anyoffice would work the same as wordpad and wps office.

Hi @montvid, The request to add the ability to choose Color or Black and white printing was issued as Bug 68388. Thanks for feedback.

@LuckySpecialist Where can i find Bug 68388? Will i be informed when it will be solved? We have some major issues not being able to print black and white easily... Wordpad works Onlyoffice does not :(
