Start Menu Shortcuts swapped around (MSI package) #1627

This issue is unique.

Windows 10 / 8.1 / 7

Version information

8.1.0.169

Expected Behavior

When you open the Start Menu you expect a Blue document link with appropriate icon design and a Green spreadsheet link with icon.

Actual Behavior

When you open the Start Menu you GET a Blue document link for the Spreadsheet and a Green link with icon for the Documents (swapped round!)

Hi @methanoid! Please specify the exact version of Windows, the type of package used (exe/msi) and how was the installation performed (update/clean)?
