This issue is unique.

[X] I have used the search tool and did not find an issue describing my idea.

Your idea.

When a new document is opened, trigger a small popup that prompts the user with a message like "Continue where you left off." If the user clicks on the popup, the cursor should automatically jump to the last edit position from the previous session. This prevents unnecessary scrolling through a document.

It should also not be "when a new document" it should be "when opening a document that has been previously saved."
