[Feature request] Global macros #314

Since macros are meant to help with repetitive tasks, it would be nice to have the ability to save macros directly in Onlyoffice, instead of into documents.

It would be beneficial when a user has to do repetitive tasks with a large number of similar files on a daily basis. Right now the only way to do this is to (in theory, at least) wrap the macro into a plugin, which is kind of an overkill for a simple macro.
