Dark page background for dark mode

Actual Behavior

OnlyOffice flashes bright blank white pages when dark mode is enabled.

Please, fix this as it is a severe accessibility issue with negative health implications.

Also, why do blank documents take so long to load? Even LibreOffice is much faster at loading blank documents, and that is a heavy office suite. Please, look into improving performance, too.

Actually, we've already worked on dark mode for page background and hope it will be released in the next major release, but currently only for Documents Editors

I'll move this issue to DocumentServer since it's our base product

Correct me if I am wrong, but I have the impression you misunderstood something. The problem is not the document color (I think what you referred to as the "page background"). The problem is the intermittent bright white flashes covering the entire window when the program launches and documents open and close. White flashes are a common and serious problem in Windows software with dark themes. Though I like the idea of dark page backgrounds, it is a separate matter from the one I discussed in my original post.

I see now that you've taking about white flashes. I understand this is very bad for your eyes on dark theme, we already have a bug 46746 and we'll try to escalate it's solution

I also experienced this issue, in Linux (DEB package), and I want to add:

The entire screen also flashes white when I press 'X' (top-right corner) to close the application.
