@Kirill Sorry, I don't think it's enought information for us, we already rechecked several times and didn't find any exact scenario for memory leak It may depend of current status of your OS or something like this
I'll leave this issue opened but I really hope someone could provide exact scenario about how to reproduce memory leak on any hardware
Sorry Pavel. I can't reproduse this issue manually. It's go on without закономерности. If you add logging for this, I can send logs when it's happend again. For now I delete this process.
Met this again. Speadsheet process is terminated, but editorhelper.exe remains.
It's not a 100% issue, cannot reproduce it manually.
In a summary, I met this problem about 5 times in a month.
It almost happened when
or after
do something with MS excel file.

Hi, met it again on ver. 7.x, it's a NREP issue.

PS: How can I help to locate the issue.
Hello! @longyn, we were unable again to replicate the problem on our computers.
I edited the file for five days without closing the spreadsheet editor or turning off the computer. The file was open for two days, did not make any changes, but watched the memory consumption.

We will continue to look for the problem, but without a precise scenario, it will be difficult.
If you find the exact sequence of actions that leads to the memory leak, please describe it to us.
@VladimirProkofiev52 Hello there. I met exactly the same problem. I was working on text doc, then closed onlyoffice and started doing some other stuff. Some time later i noticed my pc is lagging as hell. As result: RAM usage for editors_helper.exe was about 10GB.

My thoughts on this subject:
In last few months, I used Onlyoffice desktop editor as my office editor, and met the problem 3 times. It seems a non reproduceable problem.
Sometimes, I opened a small excel, and leave it background, not interactive at all. But the editor_helper.exe memory leak cause the computer hang, can't do anything.
Is there any logs I can capture for resolving it.
