This issue is unique.

[X] I have used the search tool and did not find an issue describing my idea.

Your idea.

Shift + MouseScrollUp = Horizontal scroll to the left. Shift + MouseScrollDown = Horizontal scroll to the right.

This feature is already present on spreadsheets, it would be amazing to have it on documents, presentations and forms as well.
