Lithuanian quotation marks

Expected Behavior

The correct Lithuanian quotation marks should be typed („“)

Actual Behavior

Wrong quotation marks are typed (“”)

Reproduction Steps

1. Switch your keyboard to Lithuanian
2. Open a new document in OnlyOffice
3. Make sure Lithuanian is shown as the autocorrect language at the bottom of the window
4. Type 2 quotation marks ("")

Additional information

The quotation marks seem to be correct for most other languages (e.g. French, Estonian). Here's a website showing that „“ are indeed the right quotation marks for the Lithuanian language.

Hello, @kfpv Thanks! I can confirm that the problem exists. I created ticket 59510 in our private tracker with your issue. Problem reproduces in Document Server.

+1 on this! The issue alsta affect Bulgarian that also uses bottom and upper („“) quotation marks. Please show this bug some love.
