This is a new feature request. To help you understand, I suggest you can experience this feature in Microsoft Word. Here are the specific steps:

  1. Create a Word document and type some text.
  2. Select the text you want to emphasize, right-click, and choose "Font" from the context menu.
  3. In the "Color & Underline" section, find the "Emphasis mark" property, then choose to use a dot symbol.
  4. You will see that the selected text now has an added emphasis mark below it.

Hope that OnlyOffice also supports this feature, very grateful!
