Conditional formatting still doesn't save properly in xlsx files #2701

Expected Behavior

I set up a bunch of formula-based conditional formatting rules, particularly for black fill on black text. I expect those settings to stick after I close and reopen OnlyOffice.

Actual Behavior

I set up a bunch of formula-based conditional formatting rules, particularly for black fill on black text. I save it, close OnlyOffice, and reopen OnlyOffice + the same spreadsheet to find that the formatting changed to white fill on black text, which is NOT what I specified. If I go to fix it, save, close, and reopen, OnlyOffice reverts to the erroneous formatting again.

Reproduction Steps

  1. I set up a bunch of formula-based conditional formatting rules, particularly for black fill on black text.
  2. I save it
  3. close OnlyOffice
  4. reopen OnlyOffice + the same spreadsheet to find that the formatting changed to white fill on black text, which is NOT what I specified.

Additional information

ONLYOFFICE/DesktopEditors#637 shouldn't have been closed as it's the same issue.

I can confirm, this is the bug number 67545. When some fixes will be done I'll text you here in this issue.

And we're moving this issue to DocumentServer repo, since it's our base product and problem actual there too.
