Your idea.

I can't edit a cell, but I can't see which areas I can't edit. You might consider adding shadows to areas that can't be edited to make it more intuitive. Here's what I'm trying to achieve, so I can see which areas I can't edit. Thank you

There are no other examples for the time being, I think I have made it clear in the diagram, when I don't have edit or view permissions for a certain area, I can see it intuitively, thank you.
