Pdf doesn't open properly #2856

Expected Behavior

See the same layout as the original pdf

Actual Behavior

The top left has a weird artifact

Reproduction Steps

Download https://mijn.helan.be/ajax/documentPreview.html?id=3126&filename=terugbetaling-wellness.pdf and open it

Hello, @thibaultmol Thanks for your request! I can confirm that the problem exists, issue #69862 for your problem The problem is reproduced on Document Server.
