The package which enables the users to edit office documents from Alfresco using ONLYOFFICE Document Server, allows multiple users to collaborate in real time and to save back those changes to Alfresco
Two buttons "Edit in OO" and "Read in OO" should be displayed together at the same times since not all users want to edit and lock the file, not to mention "viewing" action gives much wider usable screen size:
While the file is locked by user A, and user B does not have the permission to write, B should be able to see "View in OO" button (and can really view current file content) instead of nothing:
