Hi all reviewers. I have added versions to the changelog (1.1.0 for additional features and 1.1.1 for security fix). I know I'm not the one to set versions, but I'm trying to document better the changes for the final users. Hopefully you don't mind (you would need to create tags for a 1.1.1 once this PR is accepted, though, to maintain the consistency - we can still change the changelog later on if you do not agree).

Revision 9da9fba3a22f23 is what is going into Chamilo 1.11.16, in any case (we're packaging tonight so I must push this a bit faster, sorry about that).
