Data loss #709

i have reported the issue also directly to ONLYOFFICE. It is unacceptable that any data goes lost. As i stated for the first file about common expenses and income, only the data was lost, metadata was present. Now, also the version history is lossy. And yes, i have seen every time i update my Nextcloud that ONLYOFFICE is incompatible with the new version. Please inform me how can i recover the data of the last months and make something that makes it impossible to use ONLYOFFICE with Nextcloud as it is critical if some data loss appears. you just have not been able to make a trustworthy interface between these two environments until now and i suggest you make an official announcement that you failed to do that and nobody should really use it for avoiding data loss. Every piece of software has to be tested thoroughly before it can be used for critical data. i hate if software developers miss that part. Such developers are not professionals but amateurs and should be maintained by professional developers even in FOSS-projects. Otherwise, no FOSS would make any sense as we could not call it FOSS but something like TCFOSS - Tried to Create FOSS. Quality is the most important thing. If you guys cannot assure it please step away for until you can do it.

I am an Enterprise Customer we pay for enterprise licensing. I hope this issue gets resolved. This is something very serious that my client hopefully dose not experience.

We're addressing any data loss issue separately, since document saving can be affected by completely different factors. Checking the logs from Nextcloud and the Document Server would be the first step to understanding what exactly happened.
