Unable to open document - Redmin 4.2.0 after successful installation of onlyoffice connector plugin

Redmine Environment Redmine version 4.2.2.stable Ruby version 2.7.0-p0 (2019-12-25) [x86_64-linux-gnu] Rails version 5.2.6 Environment production Database adapter Mysql2

Redmine plugins: onlyoffice_redmine 1.1.0

Onlyoffice Document Server Version 7.1.1.23

I have installed the plugin the redmine is working fine which indicates that plugin was installed properly.

Configured the Plugin using following settings:

Now uploaded a file to a project and clicked on that file got this:

As shown in the image - I am not seeing any preview.

When I click on Open in ONLYOFFICE, file does not opens, what I get is the interface as shown in the image below:

Please help how to resolve this issue to ensure that onlyoffice opens the file on the redmine.

NOTE: Onlyoffice document server installation has been verified by connecting to nextcloud and it works fine.

What is your redmine theme ? This plugin is not compatibility with redmine theme " purplemine2 ". If you are using " purplemine2 ", try to change it to "default" or other redmine theme.

Please check if the issue persists with the recently released version 3.0 of the plugin.

@SergeyKorneyev hello, i just install the version 3.1 of the plugin but cannot view the document with purplemine2 theme. (with the default OnlyOffice work).
