Zotero plugin show both item and its PDF file #216

Each bibliographical item has both the citation item itself and the PDF file which can't be cited properly, is there a way to hide the PDF files?

Since zotero is saving both the bibliographical item and its associated PDF both appear in the plugin search. I'm attaching pictures from both the plugin and zotero as examples: image image image
