[Feature] Add support for Bergamot Translator #288

Bergamot Translator is a research project of a few EU universities and Mozilla foundation. And currently ships with Firefox browser. It's an open source project. It works offline therefore privacy friendly. I think, it would be a great addition to OnlyOffice.

Also, in Apertium translator's info you should add that its open source.
