We may have information for Scotland at a local authority for sex but definitely not disability. We will need to use the local authority and output area data to determine sex and disability estimates. The method that we used in https://github.com/ONSdigital/SDG_11.2.1/issues/97 for disability proportion calculation can be used for the NI data. (Check that this may have already been done for disability, but it will not have been done for sex).
The method for age will be slightly different, as the age of each group is increasing each year.
