The population estimate data is available in an archive containing data from 2002 to 2012. It is in the wrong shape for our pipeline so the archive needs to be extracted and the data reshaped.
Alternative to this is just to find the 2011 population estimate data. I do not think this is available on the internet but might be available from internal ons sources.
