[Component] Add the message conversation thread as a component #3205

Background

We currently have a Help users to Send and reply to messages pattern within the Design System. The pattern uses a message conversation thread, but this is not available as a component within the Design System.

Tasks

  1. Create a new component 'messages conversation thread'.
  2. This component should be marked as needing documentation.
  3. When the component is ready, add a ticket to request the content design work required to document this component.

Acceptance Criteria

The 'messages conversation thread' component is available in the Design System. It is labelled with 'This component requires documentation.' A ticket has been created to request content design for the component.
