Pattern page contribution link is incorrect #3209

Background/Issue

The link to contribute a new pattern or change to a pattern on the Patterns page is taking the user to https://service-manual.ons.gov.uk/design-system/contribute and returning 'page not found'.

Tasks

  1. Change the link to https://service-manual.ons.gov.uk/community/how-to-contribute.
  2. Test that the link takes the user to the correct page.

Acceptance Criteria

The link in the Patterns page takes the user to the 'How to contribute' page.
