Fix inconsistency in Welsh header example #3261

What is the context of this PR?

Fixes: #3243

The Welsh header example has been changed to use the header component directly rather than use the page template. This brings is in line with the other header examples.

Check that welsh example uses header macro directly like all other header examples.
