Create a modifier for accordions to display content within collapsible contained 'data panels', to be used for comparable, complex/detailed content (e.g. tables), that need to be displayed on the same page.
Rationale
Data panel is different to accordion
Data panel is used where the intended content is separate to the primary content and intent of the page.
Accordion is used where the content of the expanded panel is part of the linear flow of the page.
Changes
Added a 'panels' variant to the accordion component which contains each accordion in a border.

Check the accordions component looks ok and works as expected
