Remove archived indicators from 'df'

@jwestw last week data team went live with the 2020 indicator updates which means output.csv has changed. You will notice that column 1 contains some items called archived-* - these rows will actually need to be removed before we can continue as we don't want to consider these at all since they are old indicators
