Closed jwestw closed 3 years ago

jwestw commented 3 years ago

The output of the code-mapping should be in this format.

Text Dimension Value
Estimate OBS_STATUS E
Units UNIT_MULT 0
Percentage (%) UNIT_MEASURE PT
Index UNIT_MEASURE IX
Rate per 1,000 live births UNIT_MEASURE PER_1000_LIVE_BIRTHS
Male SEX M
Female SEX F
Urban URBANISATION U
Rural URBANISATION R

@LucyGwilliamAdmin I suggest using .ods and .csv formats because they are open source. .xlsx is not.

@jwestw yes CSV is the required format please - thanks for the time estimates 👍

jwestw commented 3 years ago

Dimension is the "Concept ID" from the DSD.

@jwestw looks great! And dropping the rows with any blanks seems like the right thing to do to me
