Correct the formatting of Column Mapping #45

The column mapping output should be in this format:

Text Value
Observation status OBS_STATUS
Unit multiplier UNIT_MULT
Unit measure UNIT_MEASURE
Sex SEX
Urban or Rural URBANISATION
Age AGE

Could you clarify here. Should the "Text" field be the SDG Column Name, or should be it be the SDMX "Concept Name:en" from the DSD matrix?

@jwestw Text should be the SDG column name i.e. what's in our data files and Value should be the SDMX concept name
