Map SDMX value "Name:en" to "Code*" #46

The output on the "manually_chosen_values.csv" should have been the Code, rather than the SDMX Name for those values.

When it comes to manually choosing, the user will still need to see the name, so they can make sense of what the code means, but the selection should map to the Code.

Update: this roughly took 4.5 hours.
