Add direct labelling option into relevant templates #10

Add an option to use direct labelling rather than a legend on relevant chart templates. Would need to introduce into config as an option and consider how it would it would work on mobile.

Add in Rob's and Jure's code to nudge overlapping labels too

Should the labels be coloured as well? (pros = increases association, cons = contrast, aesthetic?)
