https://www.npmjs.com/package/accurate-beeswarm-plot gives nicer-looking beeswarms if the circles are all the same size. I could have a go at adding this if it would be helpful? (Although it might take me a while to figure out how everything works!)

Just a note to say that a clone of this is now integrated in the library, but needs to be properly imported.
