Makes it so that people outside of organization can use the application.

Can be implemented either through standard username and password or Google/Facebook/etc SSO with manually setting up Slack and and entering slack app secret
Using Slack SSO with SAML to log user directly into their Slack workspace (preferred)
WIlll need to implement DB to handle users
