Ernst Engel Code Review: Presentation and run time of code #2

It took me quite a few tries for the notebook to actually run and load all of the cells (even after restarting kernel), and to figure out where I had to input the population of interest. Once figured out, I was able to run the visualizations. Those seem to be insightful and cool looking but I can't get the descriptions of each tick on the x-axis to fully display (longer items are cutoff). I am able to see what they are when I hover above the visualization though. Just a tiny presentation note. Histogram under "Nutritional Adequacy of Diet" doesn't seem to display. Overall, looks good!!
