Add Notes to Summer Sale #158

We didn't ever get to this — mainly because they didn't give any items notes. However, can we still build out the functionality and styling with the fields empty? I'm trying to confirm exactly which field it is... I think its "item comments"

I told Andrew that R&G is responsible for us not launching if they don't get us this.

Their Order-Track person said they entered notes into the Comments field for Herb 910096-03 Firmament today.

I think it should be "item comments" in the feed that comes back from order track... but I can't remember how to check this with rethinkDB...

with these caveats:

  1. if there are no notes, then notes doesn't show and colors centers.
  2. if there are no colors, but notes, then notes is centered....

the easiest solution might be to do this as a list then? I can position the <ul> and then the <li> elements can be styled so that they center themselves regardless of one or two showing up...

Then the notes thing can be set as a popup just like all the other toggling elements...

Make sense?
