Contact page doesn't have correct amount of padding from top, attempt to match to collection #262

Also, it appears to not have the same "max-width" as the collection.

This problem appears in Browserstack on IE10, but not in Chrome on my mac, nor in Firefox on my mac

I'll have to check this on some computer at school, can't figure it out just from browserstack (I think #257 is similar)

Can't figure out. Going to mark as closed until/unless brought up by Pentagram or R&G
