Header needs to be taller on the homepage when logged in #263

When the trade account menu toggles down the search bar is pushed out of the header menu area on the landing page.

There needs to be a standard height and a mobile height change.

Using jquery I would do something where if the menu trade <li> has class "active" then the <header> has the class of "trade-acct" or something like that; and if the menu trade <li> no longer has "active" class then the new trade-acct class is removed from the header...

I can't quite figure out how to do this in our current setup though — the main thing being I don't know where exactly to look for where these things might be happening.
